Louise Julig, the website’s own case study writer, says most business bloggers are afraid to give an opinion or let your true colors show. She admits struggling with the concept herself because in so much journalistic writing, you’re not supposed to inject your personality into the story. But people want to know the person behind the business these days. “As long as you can keep it professional, it helps to write in a way that lets people know there’s a living, breathing human being behind the blog,” she says.
