DMC Software and Vocal have jointly developed an SMS platform for SalesLogix. SMS for SalesLogix CRM allows messages to be sent either to individual contacts or groups of contacts. Accessed via the SalesLogix interface, all messages sent are recorded in the notes and history tab, allowing each SalesLogix user to view the communication history. In addition, SMS for SalesLogix does not have a character limit. Longer messages are displayed as multiple pages instead of multiple messages.
