First Orion has debuted its PrivacyStar application for the BlackBerry. The app enables users to block unwanted caller, report potential telemarketing violators to regulatory enforcement authorities, and identify unknown callers with Caller Lookup. PrivacyStar allows users to view all call information, including the number of times it blocks numbers calling their phone. The application will be available via other smartphones and through telephone carriers beginning early next year.
