Callidus Software has launched OpenCommissions, a vendor-neutral sales performance management community. OpenCommissions includes discussion groups on best practices, sales, and compensation, in addition to downloadable sample sales compensation plan templates, and job forums. Another feature is the OpenCommissions blog, which features a rotating stable of guest writers (including Jim Welch, president and founder of The Growth Leader, and Curt Tueffert, vice president of sales at DXPE).
