Concentrix, a provider of CRM and business management solutions, has achieved Authorised Education Reseller (AER) status from Microsoft, enabling Concentrix to supply heavily discounted educational licenses directly to qualifying customers. To achieve AER status, Concentrix had to meet a number of criteria set by Microsoft, including specific training and successfully passing an examination.
