Zoho has introduced Mail Add-on for its CRM system, providing full-featured integration of the company’s CRM and Mail solutions. Users can send and receive e-mails within Zoho CRM without having to open a new browser window and switch to the mail application. When viewing e-mails in Zoho CRM, users also have the option to share those emails with other users who have access to the CRM account or to keep the e-mails private.
