Intelestream has announced the release of intelecrm 2.0, the new version of its open-source CRM. A prominent feature of the new release is the introduction of ireports, a reporting and analytics engine providing users with the ability to write comprehensive and complex reporting sets, matrix reports, and run-time filters. With an expanded number of pre-defined and dynamic reports, ireports allows users to merge data sets from different intelecrm modules. This reporting capability makes it possible to filter customer data in hundreds of ways.
