Management consulting firm Caliper has announced its Accelerator service, targeted toward businesses looking to onboard new employees and those moved into new positions after a reorganization or downsizing. Through the service, companies offer coaching sessions for each employee who completes a personality assessment, followed by a private session with a Caliper consultant to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses.
