Akvelon has introduced Dynamics Global Search for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. The service allows users to search across all entities, fields, and records via Web-like search and navigation. A single search query will return results from various data fields, including customers, accounts, and activities. Queries are customizable, and the user interface provides an intuitive search experience. Global search settings can be updated as needed by adding or removing search results display columns and search attributes.
