GN Netcom has announced an upgrade of its Jabra GN2000 USB headset, which has now has been enhanced for Cisco IP Communicator. The new GN2000 CIPC USB is intended to serve as a supplemental telephone when traveling or as a telecommuting device. It features plug-and-play capabilities for simplified installation and use. The headset connects to a PC via the USB port, with in-line controls allowing the user to answer/end calls and adjust the volume.
