Avidian Technologies has launched a new version of its Microsoft Outlook-based CRM software. Prophet OnDemand Premium Edition is the SaaS version of the original Prophet solution. It includes all the features of the on-premise Prophet Premium Edition, including workflow automation, sales assistant, and group e-mail wizard. In addition, users now have to capability to access Prophet CRM data from a work or home computer, along with the security of a hosted database which is automatically backed up daily.
