CRMfusion has announced the release of DupeBlocker 2.0 on the Salesforce CRM AppExchange. Designed to complement CRMfusion’s existing Salesforce data quality tools, DemandTools and PeopleImport, DupeBlocker 2.0 prevents users from creating duplicate records. The system installs directly into Salesforce via the AppExchange and works from within the Salesforce interface. Once installed, DupeBlocker 2.0 allows administrators to create custom duplicate searching scenarios based on any fields, including custom fields, and define the system’s actions when finding exact duplicate or possible duplicate records.
