CRM Email-to-Lead, an add-on for Microsoft Dynamics CRM that resides in Office Outlook, has been given an upgrade. The solution captures incoming e-mails, converting them into Dynamics CRM leads; the update adds the ability to set defaults for these leads. The import process supports e-mails of any format and any field, including large text fields and pick-list fields.
