FileMaker has introduced the Bento 3 Contact and Customer Manager, a Mac-based set of templates sales professionals can employ to organize their contacts and customer details. Bento users can store and organize details including completed and upcoming calls, meetings, and to-do items for each contact linked from iCal Events and iCal Tasks. The Bento 3 Contact and Customer Manager also works with Bento’s iPhone and iPod touch offering.
