TouchTone Coupons, a newly launched customer retention service, enables small businesses to record free telephone messages with details about special offers or discounts for repeat customers. Consumers can subsequently call TouchTone Coupons and enter the unique ID number of the business to hear their current offer, along with a corresponding promo code. To redeem the offer, customers provide the promo code the time of sale. Participating businesses control the terms and expiration date of each offer.
