Metrix, a field service software company, has announced the release of its new SaaS product Metrix OnDemand. The new offering enables companies to utilize an Internet-based service to automate their field service delivery processes on a per-user, per-month basis. Metrix OnDemand enables the automation of customer support, dispatch, field service, spare parts, repair and reverse logistics. Additional features include drag-and-drop scheduling, a configurable rules engine, installed base tracking, shipping and receiving, contract-based pricing, and RMA order management.
