CRM Text Solutions has announced the release of its Text Messaging API, enabling any software vendor to provide a mobile component to their solutions. This API is built on the company’s method for routing SMS text messages without the use of keywords. It also provides access to a new mobile append tool, includes opt-in and opt-out help management, and provides opt-in keywords for businesses to promote in their advertising.
