OpenSpan, a developer of business user productivity software, has announced the availability of its platform on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange. OpenSpan enables Salesforce CRM customers to automate processes that span both cloud computing applications from salesforce.com and on-premise enterprise applications, including e-mail, billing, provisioning, and dispatch. OpenSpan also provides users with a virtual test drive, guiding them through the process of integrating existing applications with Salesforce.
