ProTracker Software has introduced ProTracker Cloud, a hosted remote CRM solution for the financial services industry. Users can connect securely to their client and appointment information from a laptop. The solution maintains data security through two-factor authentication (username and a strong password, plus a physical security key). With the hosted Microsoft Exchange Server option, ProTracker Cloud also supports PDAs and smartphones.
