Salesforce.com has announced an update of its CRM Mobile application intended to take advantage of the new iPhone 3.0 OS software. The update privdes customers with features including the ability to cut, paste and copy; clone records; create custom filters; convert leads; create custom mobile links on any object; and manage tasks using a new calendar interface.
