Salesforce.com has introduced Premier Training, a new subscription-based model for customers training their employees on the Salesforce CRM and Force.com offerings. Premier Training includes classes held at training centers worldwide, virtual classes delivered by an instructor over the Web, interactive self-paced online courses, certification exams, and additional services. The program is available now in North, Central, and South America, and will be made available globally later this year.
