IKO System is the creator of sales intelligence software that helps B2B sales teams get more from social media. The Paris-based company also maintains a worthwhile blog (iko-system.com/blog-sales-intelligence-solutions-tactics) that presents useful insights in a whippy, fun-to-read fashion.

In January, the company released “Crazy Sales Figures,” an eBook that provides infographics, survey results and recent statistics that provide a big picture of what hurts sales reps and sales managers. Topics covered include time allocation for sales reps, cold calling, lead qualification and sales training. (Research from our regular columnist Dave Stein
of ESResearch is part of the mix.)

It’s difficult to determine what information came from where. The company merely lists all resources at the back. In that regard, it’s hard to say what sample size is for each bit of information. None the less, it’s worth a review, if only to spur you to dig deeper into your own data on key measurements.
