TeleTech Holdings is implementing OpenSpan’s business user productivity platform into its own BPO solutions. OpenSpan enables TeleTech to simplify user interfaces for internal systems and client applications, automating previously manual tasks, such as repetitive copying and pasting of data between applications. TeleTech will also resell the OpenSpan Platform to its client base as a Certified OpenSpan Systems Integrator Partner.
