The concept: TITLE Boxing Club is a boxing, kickboxing and fitness franchise with about 160 gyms around the country. It hosts company workout sessions called “Power Hours.” Brooke Budke, TITLE Boxing Club’s senior director of marketing, says these sessions can be tailored to participants with a wide range of physical abilities, including disabled workers.

Why it works: “It’s not about fitness — it’s about the person. Everybody is fighting something in their life. This just brings out the inner fighting spirit and unlocks this power within people,” says Budke, adding that it’s a great stress reliever. “You actually feel like you’re hitting back against the things that are knocking you down.” TitleBoxingClub.com
